Diagnostics: At VGH all our In-house diagnostics are completed by an Authorized Apple Service Technician! If we can resolve your issue, and you approve the repair, any diagnostic fee is applied towards the labor on the service rather than an additional fee. If you decline the repair, you’re only responsible for that diagnostic fee for our technician’s time spent on diagnosing your issue.
