
Walk-in Service Walk-ins are welcome, though we are usually a couple of Business Days (M-F) until we can work on a computer. Troubleshooting can take anywhere between 5 minutes and several days, but we will make it our utmost priority to get your computer back to you as quickly as we can, while ensuring the work is performed to the highest standard.
Appointment Appointments are ideal for machines that are still operational, but need less critical work, such as tune-ups. This service allows you to bring your computer in and have work begin on it the same day, rather than waiting in line. Appointments must be set at least one week in advance, though this varies depending on how busy we are at the time.
Priority Service Priority service is a walk-in service that puts your computer on a technicians desk as soon as a spot opens up, typically the day you bring it in. Priority service costs an extra $50 during the week, or $75 during the weekend. We will do the best we can to get your computer running and back to you as soon as possible.
Onsite Service Home or business calls cost $75 an hour M-F during business hours, and $125 an hour S-Su. Onsite Service has a minimum one-hour charge. We can do anything from simply picking up a computer for more detailed work in-store, to working on a home or business network.
